Photo-Finish Timing
We use digital photo-finish cameras to determine athletes finishing times and places for all races in cross country. Some rulebooks say the finish time is determined by the chip time, in that case we have the photo-finish cameras there as a backup, for visual proof of finish. This allows us to go back and add an athlete in that lost their chip, lost their shoe, etc.
This system also integrates with a front view camera that allows us to see their athletes bib numbers as they run across the finish line. Using these systems together with the RFID system in place it makes compiling official results a breeze.
RFID Timing
We use IPICO Sportag™ and IPICO Dual Frequency Antennas for cross country. The IPICO system can integrate directly with the photo-finish system for results verification. This allows us to provide the most accurate results possible. RFID technology can also be used to provide split data at points around the course.
Display Clocks
Displays clocks are placed at the finish and can be placed at points around the course to allow athletes to see the running time of the current race.
Display Boards
We can drive on site display boards with results, splits, team scores and other pieces of information available allowing the crowd to get real-time information updates.
Internet Results
Using our unique scoring platform we can provide results and team scores for any event and update the internet in real time. Using the internet you can display the current races live split updates, final results, team scores and other pieces of information to the spectators.
Information Systems
We provide a Commentator Information System for in-stadium announcers and broadcast production. CIS allows you to follow races with live split information, live final results and team scores updated in real time as the runners cross the finish line.
